Yoga, meditation, and sound healing brought me to myself. Wow....That sounds so cliche and as I type this out, but stay with me here. I'm not some high and mighty healer who lives this ethereal life. I am a real person who grew up in South Africa and while I had many privileges and a wonderful Mother and Grandmother, I had many difficulties too. I moved to the U.S. at 17 by myself for a better life and found some success in tennis, video production, and higher education early in my career. While I am proud of what I did and it brought me many joys (and I still have a hand in video and higher ed), I burned myself out so hard and so fast that I felt like a shell of a person. I travelled to South East Asia, India, and more for months at a time to put myself back together... and it worked, but not how I thought is would. First of all, I found out I was never broken to begin with, and though some serendipitous events and divine intervention, Yoga, meditation, and sound healing found me leading me to a more authentic self. Don't get me wrong, I still have my struggles and setbacks and am a daily work in progress, but I cannot put into words how much better my inner world is as a result.

While I am a wondering soul, one shouldn't have to disappear to the East for months at a time to find the healing, alignment, and wellness that our body, mind, and souls so desperately need. So I created GRACE SOUND WELLNESS as a way to bring more of the healing that helped me so much to others here in Colorado and beyond. After all, healing comes from within - I am a facilitator of the energy, tools, and ancient wisdom that helps align your body.
