I offer a holistic approach to wellness and would love to work with you to customize my offerings that incorporate aspects of Sound Healing, Reiki, Meditation, Breath work (Pranayama), Ayurveda, Lifestyle, and a Customized Yoga Program based on your body's needs.

Sessions are at the Happi Yogi Studio in Windsor CO. Home visits may also be available.

REIKI HEALING - ENERGY WORK

For an energetic cleanse or minor concerns, one session can clear energetic blockages and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Chronic, deep seated issues, pain, and symptom management will be more effectively treated with multiple sessions. Recipient has the option for hands-on or hands-off healing.

• 60 min Reiki + an additional 15 min consultation included in first session with me (First session is 75-90 minutes at the same cost)

• 90 min - Session has the option to be split to include more time for consultation, guidance, and affirmation (e.g., 15 mins pre-consult, 60 mins Reiki, 15 minutes post session integration).

Grab your partner, friend, mom, or anyone you would like to strengthen your bond with and align to the same frequency with a sound bath. Benefit from the group experience, but choose the people you bring. I am able to do sound healings on 1-14 people at a time. If you have a bigger group, I am open to discussing it.

Combine the healing power of frequency and sound with universal life energy healing. A session that starts with singing bowls to get the energy flowing and then moves into Reiki to target specific blockages, pain, or concerns. This is one of my favorite services to offer.

YOGA, MEDITATION, AND BREATHWORK

• General Private Yoga Class (Hatha, Ashtanga, or Restorative)

• Customized Yoga Class and Program - Yoga Movement Quality Tool used to look at alignment and safety of your body in yoga poses and a customized yoga class is designed for you to work on your mobility, stability, strength, and balance. This can also be used to help build a personal yoga practice to take home.

  • 90 min initial session to look at Yoga alignment, mobility, and stability.

    • Introductory offer - $75 through July ($100 regular cost)

  • 60 min subsequent customized sessions

CUSTOMIZED SESSIONS FOR HOLISTIC WELLNESS

This is where the real work is done and the magic happens. A holistic approach catered to your needs. During an initial consultation, we discuss your needs and what you want to work on. This can be physical symptoms (e.g., physical pain/injuries, stomach aches, hormonal imbalances, etc.), emotional, general life concerns (e.g., financial blockages, relationship struggles), or just a general desire to align with your highest self. I will work with you to create a plan that encompasses a combination of Sound Healing, Reiki, Yoga, Meditation, Breath work (Pranayama), Ayurveda, and Lifestyle that we will work on in our sessions together.
