I offer a holistic approach to wellness and would love to work with you to customize my offerings that incorporate aspects of Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki, Lifestyle Coaching, and a Customized Yoga Program based on your body's needs.
Sessions are either remote on Zoom, or in person on the Big Island in Pahoa or Hilo. I will likely be in Colorado later in 2026 for a time, so please reach out with inquiries.
Pricing ranges from $75 - $120 per session depending on location and offering.
Access matters if cost is the main hinderance please reach out - Need based sliding scale pricing is possible.
CUSTOMIZED SESSIONS FOR HOLISTIC WELLNESS
This is where the real work is done and the magic happens. A holistic approach catered to your needs. During an initial consultation, we discuss your needs and what you want to work on. This can be physical symptoms, emotional, spritual, or just a general desire to improve your life. I will work with you to create a plan that encompasses a combination of Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki, Nutrition, and Lifestyle that we will work on in our sessions together.

YOGA
General Private Yoga Class (Hatha, modified Ashtanga, or Restorative)
Customized Yoga Class and Program and Lifestyle and Spiritual Guidance - Yoga Movement Quality Tool used to look at alignment and safety of your body in yoga poses and a customized yoga class is designed for you to work on your mobility, stability, strength, and balance. This can also be used to help build a personal yoga practice to take home.
REIKI HEALING - ENERGY WORK

For an energetic cleanse or minor concerns, one session can clear energetic blockages and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Chronic, deep seated issues, pain, and symptom management will be more effectively treated with multiple sessions. Recipient has the option for hands-on or hands-off healing.
60 min Reiki + an additional 15 min consultation included in first session with me (First session is 75-90 minutes at the same cost)

Customized sound healing where we work on specific concerns or aspirations with the option to place bowls on the body
Energetic Healing through physical vibrations and Sound
Grab your partner, friend, mom, or anyone you would like to strengthen your bond with and align to the same frequency with a sound bath. Benefit from the group experience, but choose the people you bring. I am able to do sound healings on 1-14 people at a time. If you have a bigger group, I am open to discussing it.
